Kleiss & co was founded in 1967 in Schiedam and has a broad and vast experience of a 40 years in the manufacturing and engineering Equipment and Materials for Pipeline Construction and Maintenance.

Facilities                        
Kleiss has its head office in Zwijndrecht, 15 km from the Port of Rotterdam, one of the biggest sea ports in the world and Europe's main distribution centre. Amsterdam Airport is only 1 hour away. Kleiss has affiliated companies and branch offices in Belgium, Venezuela and the United States and has been involved in many large pipeline distribution and transmission projects worldwide. The several production departments - among which are  Metalurgy and Assembly, Polymer and Natural Rubber Technology as well as Testing laboratories - produce and test a wide range of sophisticated pipeline products according to the latest ISO 9001 standard.

Pipeline Inspection                                  
Moreover Kleiss offers Intelligent Pipeline Inspection Services through its 100% sister company Pipesurvey International. Among these are Electronic Caliper Survey, Camera & Video Inspection, MFL and US inspection techniques and Kathar cleaning services, the latter one e.g. used for removal of black powder in gas pipelines. Kleiss & co is holder of several patents and QA certificates and is a full member of NACE, IPLOCA, the PPSA and BIG.
